Refund policy

Refunds & Returns
All items are made to order—we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, sizing, or color.
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, email maddigitalcreationz@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item (or refund if a replacement isn’t possible).
Returns are only required if requested by support; we’ll provide instructions if needed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
